Увеличенный поддон картера двигателя.

По задумке, ДВС моего chopper'а должен быть выше относительно горизонтальной нижней части рамы. Это и для удобства положения ног, и для того что бы между бензобаком и двигателем  не оставалось открытых пространств и что бы  новый увеличенный (на фото сверху) поддон картера не цеплял всё что встретится на дороге.

Increased sump.

As planned, the engine of my chopper  and should be higher relative to the horizontal bottom of the frame. This and for convenience the position of the legs, and between the gas tank and the engine was left open spaces and what would be the new enhanced (pictured above) the sump does not cling to all that you meet on the road.

И как раз я приобрёл новый увеличенный поддон картера ДВС, в замен старого металлического. У него много плюсов:

1. Больший объем для моторного масла.
2. Лучше охлаждение благодаря тому что он изготовлен из алюминия и так же имеет увеличенные рёбра охлаждения, то есть с ним масла станет больше примерно на 1 литр и оно будет лучше охлаждаться.

Но у меня поддон ещё закроет пространство между нижней точкой ДВС, и нижней горизонтальной трубой рамы мотоцикла, потому как двигатель я поднял и его будут держать изготовленные и приваренные петли.

Такие поддоны ставятся на новые мотоциклы Урал и их можно купить как с завода ИМЗ так и у небольших частных продавцов.

And I just bought new larger oil pan of the internal combustion engine, to replace the old metal, it has many advantages:

1. Greater volume for the engine oil.
2. Better cooling due to the fact that it is made of aluminium and also has an enhanced cooling fins, that is, with oil it will be more about 1 liter and it will be faster to cool.

But it still closes the space between the lower point of the internal combustion engine, and the lower horizontal tube of the frame of the motorcycle, because the engine I picked up and it will keep fabricated and welded loops.

Such pallets are placed on new motorcycles and Urals you can buy them from the factory IMZ and small private sellers.
