The idea of the festival was born in the early '90s. Then, on the initiative of Irbitskogo motorcycle plant held its first motorcycle show, which is then transformed into a bike rally . For a long time the festival managed to keep the true fans of the business - the representatives of the club " Irbit -moto ." It is because of them large-scale events held in 2001 -the year in the annual mode.
